PBES PTA welcomes you as a Member! Please complete this form and return it to school with your Annual Membership Dues to your student's teacher - or PAY ONLINE BELOW; or give them directly to Ms. Mayra Cerna (Community Outreach Assistant); OR return to your child's teacher or the PTA mailbox in the school's front office.
*2018-19 PBES PTA Annual Membership Dues:
- $10 for INDIVIDUALS - parents/guardians, staff & others
- $15 for FAMILIES (2 adult max)
Unfortunately, unless you were present at our Back-To-School Night and received a notation on your membership form, we cannot extend the early bird membership special.
