Dear Parents:
October is School Safety Month. During this month, Paint Branch will observe special events and celebrate special activities. Please see the calendar of events with correlating activities. Your student is encouraged to participate in as many activities as possible. If your student is not interested in participating in the various activities, they are allowed to wear their PBES T-Shirt and school pants or PBES School Uniform. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Thank you for your support.

Hispanic Heritage Assembly (POSTPONED To NOVEMBER)
Students will learn about Hispanic Heritage Month, and enjoy a short fashion show and performance by staff and students.
On Friday, the PTA provided a few Fall Sweets & Treats for our PBES Staff to munch on after school! There were Cupcakes...and Cookies...and Candies, OH MY!!!

Join us for the 1st PTA Meeting of the 2018-19 School Year: Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 6:30 PM - Paint Branch ES Cafeteria
- Come out to meet your PTA Officers & Board Members and learn about what your PTA has planned this school year for our students, parents, teachers and community!
- We're also filling all PTA vacancies - If you're interested in PTA leadership, committee chairs and positions, or volunteering in general, please join us!
- There will be snacks and drinks for sale, and children will enjoy a supervised activity during our meeting.
*If you need a Spanish language interpreter for this meeting, please bring your personal headphones!

Paint Branch Character Book Parade
Students can bring their story book character costumes and take part in the Paint Branch Character Book Parade at 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Paint Branch Chinese Immersion Elementary School observed and celebrated special events and activities during the month of October - which is School Safety Month! Great job Busy Bees!
